📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
