📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of all activities.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives and support staff.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or branch management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
