📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of real estate projects, including site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to the team and clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote real estate projects.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and financial reports.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating the company’s CRM and project management tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in the real estate and property development industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
