You will work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and dietary requirements.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner.,Maintain and clean the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.,Assist in the preparation of food ingredients and ensure that they are stored properly.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a healthcare facility.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisine.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
