📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely collection of student fees.
• Process and reconcile invoices and payments using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents regarding payment inquiries and issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Stay updated with financial trends and best practices to continuously improve our financial processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with education industry financial processes is a plus.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
