📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle customer transactions and provide excellent service.,Maintain cash and inventory records, and reconcile daily transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high service standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards.,Good understanding of Indonesian culture and customer service.,High school diploma or equivalent.
