📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts for our brunch menu.,Ensure the quality and presentation of all baked goods meet our high standards.,Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and efficiency in the bakery.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Keep up-to-date with the latest baking techniques and trends.,Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the bakery equipment.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Train and mentor new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patisserie Cook or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent attention to detail and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international baking trends.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid food handling certificate and health and safety knowledge.
