📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle all client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate with event planners and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Use CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage client data and track interactions.
• Attend and participate in client events to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement client retention strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and client relations.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on client feedback and satisfaction levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, sales, or event planning.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Certification in event planning or client relations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
