PT Jaya Abadi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Sales Assistant to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote sales.,Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.,Assist in organizing sales meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
