📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Support end-users with IT-related queries and problems.
  • Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.
  • Backup and restore data as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical support to other departments as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems.
  • Good understanding of IT security principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
