Sentral Indra Shop is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

The Fleet Coordinator will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver training.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, including regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for fuel management, including monitoring usage and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Train and supervise drivers, including conducting pre-trip inspections and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including vehicle registration, insurance, and emissions standards.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements to fleet management processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools, including GPS tracking and telematics systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
