PT Optima Abadi is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production activities, managing a team of workers, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work arrangements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and control production schedules, budgets, and resources.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in production or manufacturing.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
