📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through existing client relationships.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance, sales, and trends.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective client strategies.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our clients remain competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or client management roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
