📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reporting.,Provide financial insights and advice to support business decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
