As a Lead Captain, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies. This is a crucial role that requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and navigation of assigned vessels.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival vessel inspections.,Monitor vessel performance and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.,Provide training and mentorship to junior crew members.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and incidents.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew and passengers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local language (Indonesian).,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) and Advanced Firefighting (AFF) certificates.,Experience in managing and motivating a diverse team.
