📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure punctuality and adherence to routes.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, and manage relationships with service providers.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide training and support to junior coordinators and drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a fleet of vehicles and drivers.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
