📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance reviews.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of successful recruitment and employee development.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams.
