The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate performance.,Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends to identify talent needs.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local labor laws.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel is a plus.
