📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage the staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure that our team is well-trained and motivated.,Maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and that our restaurant is known for its excellent service.,Monitor and control the restaurant's budget, ensuring that we are operating within our financial limits and that we are maximizing our profits.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is a safe and welcoming place for our customers and staff.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that our food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.,Ensure that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that our equipment is in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.,Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, staff management, and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
