📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels in the store.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify improvement areas.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.,Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
