PRIMA Pratama is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Kendari. This is a full-time position with immediate start date. We are a growing company and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing them with the best possible experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the sales team in achieving their targets
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions
  • Support the sales team in the development of new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
  • Ability to travel to different locations as required
