📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Monitor and control financial risks and opportunities.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and laws.
