📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and payroll software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving HR objectives and targets.
