🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or international setting.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
