📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the store, including inventory, staff, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure all services meet high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
  • Drive sales growth and market the store's services to attract new customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing inventory, staff, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
