As an Export Sales Support Coordinator, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will handle various tasks, from managing customer inquiries to coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing customer inquiries and orders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and order status using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales performance and operational metrics.
• Assist in organizing trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products internationally.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the export market.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or export industry.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with good communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in international trade or export sales is a significant advantage.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
