📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the flagship store in Pangkal Pinang, ensuring it meets and exceeds luxury retail standards.
• Curate and manage exclusive collections, working closely with suppliers and designers to bring the latest trends and high-end products to the store.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service standards.
• Optimize store layouts and merchandise displays to maximize sales and create an inviting shopping environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers to ensure a steady flow of premium products.
• Monitor sales performance and implement data-driven strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Retail Director or similar role in a luxury retail environment, with a minimum of 5 years in high-end retail management.
