📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scripting, and execution of live streaming events, ensuring they align with our brand's vision and goals.
• Coordinate with our marketing and sales teams to understand and meet their live content needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of producers, camera operators, and editors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar software for live streaming production.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement innovative live content ideas.
• Analyze live stream performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future broadcasts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in live streaming production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in live streaming production, with a strong portfolio of successful live events.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring production teams.
• Familiarity with live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce, with a focus on live streaming.
