📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit policies.
• Monitor and analyze credit performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with sales and finance teams to resolve payment disputes and ensure timely collections.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve credit management processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on credit management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or related roles in a financial or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in credit management or financial analysis is a plus.
