📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect outstanding payments from customers using various methods, including phone calls, visits, and online platforms.
• Manage and resolve customer accounts, including negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes.
• Use tools and software such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Excel to track and manage collections.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor and report on collections performance, including metrics such as collection rates and delinquency rates.
• Collaborate with the collections team to develop and implement strategies for improving collections performance.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in collections.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
