📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Assist in payroll processing using Payroll System.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist in HR administration tasks, including document management and reporting.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Collaborate with managers to address HR-related issues and improve workplace efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
