🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
