In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. Additionally, you'll be in charge of scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in driving our social media strategy forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Develop a content calendar and schedule posts in advance
• Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics
• Respond to comments and messages from our audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Use tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics to manage and analyze our social media presence
• Assist in creating promotional materials and graphics for our digital campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management
• Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling
• Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics is a plus
