📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of industrial engineers in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement using tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen).
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, utilizing software like SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into production operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering and lean manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the manufacturing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of industrial engineers.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including Just-in-Time (JIT), Kanban, and Lean Sigma.
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.
