📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of office and data center facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and efficient.
• Work closely with the IT team to support their needs, including server room maintenance and equipment setup.
• Implement and maintain facility maintenance schedules, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for facility management.
• Monitor and report on facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair services.
• Promote a sustainable and energy-efficient environment, implementing practices to reduce our carbon footprint.
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees, ensuring their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in IT facility management.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software, such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
